After nine long years, the Count and his band UNHEILIG are finally back with new music and have announced an extensive arena tour for autumn/winter 2026/2027. The comeback single "Wunderschön" (Beautiful) will be released, accompanied by a music video and a live performance at the "Goldene Henne" awards ceremony in Leipzig on September 12, 2026. A brand-new studio album titled LIEBE GLAUBE MONSTER (Love Faith Monster) will be released in March 2026. "Wunderschön" is the first musical taste of the new album LIEBE GLAUBE MONSTER, which fans have been eagerly awaiting since the Count's comeback announcement in February.

And they won't be disappointed! "Wunderschön" seamlessly continues the musical legacy of the powerful, emotional songs and live moments that had captivated millions of fans throughout Der Graf and Unheilig's unparalleled career, before their final curtain fell at a deeply moving concert in Cologne's RheinEnergieStadion on September 10, 2016. Now, exactly nine years later, the curtain rises again with the announcement of the new album, the major arena tour, and the release of the first single, marking the beginning of a new chapter in the remarkable story of Der Graf and Unheilig. ... "Like every UNHEILIG album, the new studio album LIEBE GLAUBE MONSTER (Love Faith Monster) is a concept album. Over the past nine years, I've had plenty of time to gather my inspiration and creative ideas and translate them into music. These are the themes and facets of my life that I want to share with people: my thoughts, experiences, dreams, adventures, fears, and emotions. Music has always been my language, and for me, it's the best way to express them. And the album title seemed fitting to unite everything that my new songs are about."

UNHEILIG has always distinguished itself through a very broad musical range. From metal to pop, rock and ballads, to German Schlager and punk rock, or alternative music and electro, everything can be found in UNHEILIG's musicality. We used to perform at Wacken and on Carmen Nebel's show; this apparent balancing act is part of UNHEILIG's DNA, and that will remain true for LIEBE GLAUBE MONSTER. Accordingly, the album will feature a diverse mix of fast songs, heavier songs, ballads, mid-tempo tracks, and even some Schlager-esque numbers. All of this is part of UNHEILIG.

"Wunderschön" (Beautiful) is a song about friendship and connection. And the wonderful feeling and gift of embracing each other again after a long time apart. Sharing memories, feeling safe and secure, looking towards the future together, spending time together, feeling close to one another. I believe we all long for such moments and feelings. And we are happy when we experience them. After my farewell, I had these moments and this time together. With my family, with friends, with people I hadn't seen in a long time. Now, I'm also incredibly excited to be able to share these feelings and moments with my fans again. Whom I've naturally missed over all these years. And with people who have become important to me over the years, but whom I haven't seen very often in my private life. I simply had to capture this wonderful feeling in a song.
