Under Albert Schmidleitern and his art director Michael Niavarani opened a new era of the Kabarett Simpl in the autumn season of 1993 with "100 Jahre Ketchup". Since the beginning the pillars of the House were Sigrid Hauser and Viktor Gernot. The ensemble were amonst others: Steffi Paschke, Dolores Schmidinger, Theresia Haiger, Bettina Soriat, Michael Mohapp, Rupert Henning, Andreas Steppan, Markus Mitterhuber, Roman Frankl, Bernhard Murg, Christoph Fälbl, Herbert Steinböck and Gerold Rudle.
