When Christoph Fritz meets his mother, they shake hands in greeting. Sometimes he craves intimacy so much that he delights in receiving spam emails or letters addressed to the previous tenant.

But since one shouldn't respond to spam emails, and secretly opening strangers' letters with steam isn't a permanent solution, he sets out in search of intimacy, which he finds in places he wouldn't have expected.

Thus, a remote street in France, a Lower Austrian garden at night, or a urologist's office become scenes of unexpected tenderness.
